Soft Wash Home Detail

Created by Buffalo Power Washing, Inc. a Home Detail (HD) is a service that is offered exclusively to BPW customers. A HD utilizes a soft washing system, which has many benefits over standard power washing.

WHAT IS A HOME DETAIL?
Our soft washing systems are comprised of multiple solution tanks and “Low Pressure” pumps to clean and rinse at minimal pressure. For most homes our cleaning solution consist of 4 different ingredients; water, detergent, a wetting agent and a mildew-cide. Detergents help lift the dirt. The mildew-cide kills all mildew, mold, algae etc. The wetting agent keeps the areas from drying, enabling the detergent to do its job.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A HOME DETAIL?
A Home Detail consists of washing the entire home to remove dirt, debris, mold and mildew. We then spray the OUTSIDE of the gutters with a degreaser and scrub them to remove the black streaks and/or dinginess that is caused by electrostatic bonding from the asphalt shingle roofs. Decks, roofs, fences and patios are not included in a typical HD, but can be added on for an additional cost.

WHY DO YOU USE SOFT WASHING SYSTEMS TO CLEAN HOMES?
There are many benefits to using soft washing systems over pressure washers when washing homes. Soft washing systems eliminate pressure washers being dragged through your yard. Less water will be used and there will be no worries about water infiltration. A better, more gentle clean for your home that utilizes detergents and not brute force. It’s safe for window seals and won’t blow siding off your home. In fact, our system guarantees that your siding comes out the absolute cleanest without the potential damage of traditional high pressure washing that all of our competitors are using.
